Whoops, forgot I had a blog for awhile there. Sorry folks! But I'll be honest: I had a lot of fun not updating this site. Updating it has started to become a chore, and blah blah blah you've read this on a million other blogs. Let's just say that I'm not going to stick to the MWF schedule I was before and will update from now on when I choose. Ok? ok.

So I never really have railed on Podcasting. I'm meaning to, so I will save the crap about what Podcasting is for another day (short version: bloggers read their entries into a microphone then post the mp3) and just say that it's a retarded fad that is incredibly stupid. So what the FUCK are these people thinking releasing a study that says that a whopping 29% of people who own ipods have downloaded have downloaded them? NO ONE listens to Podcasts. Even the so-called best ones are still essentially unlistenable, and -- like vlogs -- going through the whole process of downloading a podcast and loading it onto your Ipod takes longer than just reading the blog entry to begin with. LAME.

But anyway, now the dudes in charge of that study are saying they fucked it all up. They asked the wrong question and the morons who responded got confused. So yes indeed, podcasts are still retarded and the Pew Internet & American Life Project is a giant waste of time and everyone there should be fired.
