So, we've been coerced out of fleeing the country (and no, it didn't have to do with the election, though it didn't hurt). Coerced, primarily, by money, freedom and a premium education which, clearly, we have not yet acquired.

Things that have happened:

• someblogs is, most likely, chris ott from pitchfork and some other site. he might have some sort of beatdown in his future, but we think most people have probably forgotten about that site.
  
• sarah's spin column ended.
  
• lindsay was in page six today.
  
• firefox is the browser to use. it has extensions. it is very good.
  
• the drive-by truckers are the fucking shit, and patterson hood is a genius.
  
• blogs keep getting updated. what's gonna be the next thing? these things don't last for too long.
  
• the incredibles is fucking amazing.
