I'd like to introduce you to today's Cewebrity mascot, Jonathan Van
Gieson. His blog is called Now That I'm
Famous, which he summarizes as a blog he runs because "I
feel it my duty to report on my every waking moment."
This is because he's famous. He's famous because he's a
Cewebrity.
Granted, I'd never heard of him before today, but he says he rubs
elbows with Lockhart Steele and some guy who runs a site called
unmarried.org
which I've never looked at, but is apparently considered by someone
to be the talk of the town.
"I have chosen not to fight it. Generous to a fault, it is
clear to me that it is my obligation -- nay, my duty -- to chronicle
for prosperity every moment of my inevitable rise to even greater
heights of fame."
Now, certainly he's being facetious, but it's still fucking
funny. I mean, this guy walks around and thinks about himself in
terms of his cewebrity! He's the real deal, even if he's just
pretending to be! It's really the most amazing manifestation I've
ever seen so clearly defined, and he explains it all in his little
blog nugget "Why Blog?"
I love this man. I mean that in a very, very sexual way.
